Bob blwyddyn, mae ein helusen yn rhoi£500,000 mewn grantiau i gryfhau cymunedau ar draws Ynys Môn. Eleni, rydyn ni’n gofyn: beth sydd bwysicaf i chi?

Chi sy’n nabod eich cymuned orau. Chi sydd yn gwybod beth sy’n gweithio, beth sydd ar goll – a beth fyddai’n gwneud y gwahaniaeth mwyaf. Dyna pam ein bod ni’n gofyn i chi helpu penderfynu sut rydyn ni’n gwario’r arian yma.

Byddwch chi’n cael 100 o bwyntiau i’w rhannu rhwng gwahanol feysydd – fel clybiau ieuenctid, llefydd cymunedol, hyfforddiant sgiliau, prosiectau natur, a mwy.

Mae pob pwynt yn cynrychioli rhan o’n cyllideb grantiau:

• 100 pwynt = £500,000
• 1 pwynt = £5,000

Mae hyn yn rhan o sgwrs barhaus. Rydym yn adeiladu rhywbeth hirdymor, nid gofyn unwaith yn unig.

Rydyn ni eisiau dod yn ôl at hyn yn rheolaidd, gwrando ar eich barn, ac addasu’r ffordd rydyn ni’n cefnogi prosiectau dros amser.

Every year, our charity awards £500,000 in grants to strengthen communities across Ynys Mon. This year, we’re asking: what matters most to you?

You know your community best. You know what’s working, what’s missing, and what would make the biggest difference. That’s why we’re inviting you to help shape how we invest this funding.

You’ll be given 100 points to allocate across a list of key funding priorities - including things like youth clubs, community hubs, skills training, green spaces, and more.

Each point represents a portion of our grants budget:

• 100 points = £500,000
• 1 point = £5,000

This is part of an ongoing conversation. We're building something long-term, not just asking once.

We're building a community-led, evolving strategy - meaning we’ll return to this regularly, listen to what you’re telling us, and adjust how we fund projects over time.
